GENERAL CONDITIONS

Our terms of use take into account 4 aspects: 

1) All our materials are sourced in Paris from artisans and suppliers and we are therefore subject to the fluctuations of stock. We indicate on the website how many pieces are available. We will try to re-stock regularly. 

2) We make our pieces by hand. Therefore, it takes 3 weeks before your piece is sent. In case of problem or delay, you will be informed by mail. 

3) Some pieces can be customized. It will then be indicated what can be customized according to our material capacities. 

4) After sales service and how to take care of your pieces ?

We provide an after sales service that you can contact whenever you want. If you encounter a problem with your piece after the 14 days legal deadline, you can refer to our care guide to clean and take care of your purchases. You will find this information in our "CARE" tab. 

In case of breakage or deterioration of your jewel, you can send it back to us, at your expense, to our workshop where we can repair it. We will charge 30€ per product for this service.

DELIVERY POLICY

The sending of the parcels varies according to the country of delivery. It’s less than a week for France and approximately one week and a half for countries in UE. Everything depends on the traffic of colissimo.

However, for shipments outside the UE, we are not responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes that may be incurred.

RETURN POLICY

For any request for return or refund will be validated only once the customer service has validated it. Our return policy requires that you send an email as soon as possible after receipt of your package with photos to support. You will then have 14 days from the receipt of your package to inform us of your request.

 If the date is exceeded, we will be obliged to refuse your request. For the pieces requiring a personalization, no return, refund or exchange will be accepted. 

In the case of a damaged or lost parcel, we are not responsible for the processing of the shipment. Please check with Colissimo. 

For all returns, we ask that the item(s) be returned intact, in their original box with all labels. You will be responsible for the shipping. We don't make any exchange because we do handmade to order, especially for you and therefore without stock, which prevents us from having an exchange policy.
